Salary: £35,000 Basic- £50,000 OTE+ £3,600 CarAllowance + Commission Guarantee for 6 months!

Our client, a successful Property Business with offices throughout the Midlands has a fabulous opportunity if you want to make a name for yourself & take the business to the next level. As Branch Valuer Manager you will be a business driver and 100% focused on proactively growing the Sales division while also managing the Lettings team! This full 360 role is perfect for an individual with business drive and a proactive mindset!

Overview and Objectives

KPIs are achieved and both staff and client retention are within group expectations. You will also be required to ensure that the branch is delivering exceptional customer service and is up to date with all legislation and compliance.

Job Duties

Support your team and other departments and/or take on additional or varied duties as and when required due to the demands of the business. In order to be effective in this role, it is essential to build a good understanding of all departments, processes and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Able to proactively motivate and manage the Sales/ Lettings team to success, spot issues and solve them
  • Able to delegate effectively and coach team members to achieve their goals
  • Fluent level of English with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Demonstrable experience in running a successful Sales branch
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge/experience of working within budgets/P&L is advantageous
  • NAEA or ARLA qualification is preferred (or working towards)
