This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something interesting and important, it involves digital transformation on a large scale! We are looking for multiple Business Analysts with NHS experience and an exceptional ability to capture finite detail of complex workflows, and map the processes in Visio with annotated future state processes. The current processes vary in level of digital maturity so in some cases, this may involve prising out information about a paper based process. These roles are on a 2 year fixed term contract, with the potential for this to be extended. Your remit is to work with NHS customers and lead the analysis of current patient pathways in order to capture functionality requirements, complex workflows and data requirements. You will be part of team working on NHS customer site to understand and determine the scope and requirements for the clinical transformation programme. Key responsibilities of the Business Analyst: Document and define the current state patient pathways on NHS sites Support the tailoring of the configuration and clinical content with the customer to address the local need, by running a series of workshops Produce the annotated future state processes by developing detailed process maps (Visio), wireframe forms; and detailed requirements specifications for the Content Factory to create new clinical content or deviations Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to deviations Ensure that new or deviated processes supporting your recommendations have been validated internally Produce high quality written documentation to support your work Work with the Solution Factory to facilitate the translation of the requirements specification Ensure that the content of the Business Analyst Toolkit is continually reviewed and updated as the work with customers matures across the wider programme Collaborate with other Business Analysts to learn lessons and share knowledge Key criteria for the Business Analyst: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties Capacity to motivate others and lead change Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes Passionate about creating solutions with a positive attitude to change Excellent analytical, written skills and presentation skills based on an informed, evidence-based approach Strong working experience within the Healthcare /NHS sector Ability to communicate complex and technical details both written and verbally Worked as a T shaped team member for the overall benefit of the business Willingness to travel to either a company office or customer site To apply for the Business Analyst role, please send your CV to Elaine for consideration
