Job Summary

The successful candidate should be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Ensures adequate supplies of coins and cash for all registers
  • Train, supervise, and develop cashiers on an on-going basis
  • Monitor, audit, and reconcile cashiers on an on-going basis
  • Prepare daily deposits, credit card and cash reports for Catering and Caf locations
  • Maintain all cashier and office supplies
  • Responsible for daily count and accuracy of imprest funds
  • Apply all forms of payment in our Catering software
  • Send all Catering invoices to clients after event took place including follow up
  • Maintain and communicate weekly Catering aging report to management team
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
  • Site parking coordinator
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with revenue control responsibilities and cash handling experience in a foodservice environment
  • Knowledge of POS, preferably Micros, cash reconciliation and credit card reports
  • Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
