Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Construction Coordinator. The purpose of this role is to support the Operations Manager in the construction elements of the OAS Project and further expansion. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all documentation is issued to relevant parties timely and accurately. Interface with the new builders to manage coordination and communication of works that impact the current training centre. Identify and recommend improvements to processes, policies or procedures. Management of impacts on BAU e.g. changes to evacuation routes. Supporting the fit-out phase of the extension. Recording and managing HSE records with support from internal H&S team. Provide administration and office support, compiling reports and correspondence. The Person The successful candidate for the Construction Coordinator will have previous experience in the Construction sector in addition to strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft Office packages and working knowledge of CDM.
