Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their exciting and growing team based in Apsley. This is an opportunity to join a company with a vibrant, friendly office, where you will feel cared for as an employee.
Your role will be:
- Contacting customers directly via telephone or email to discuss their needs or to take payment
- Providing customers with a high level of customer service throughout your engagement with them
- Maintaining accuracy on the customer database
- Reviewing client activity and performance ensuring company guidelines are followed at all times
- Verifying client invoices ensuring all details are correct
- Processing customer transactions accurately
You will need:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Competent Excel user
- Having a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to resolve queries
