Are you an experienced Customer service advisor seeking a position in IT?

Are you customer focused and looking to work with a leading employer?

Our leading construction based client are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor on a long term contract (initially home/ hybrid based). Working as part of a highly successful team, you will help provide 1st line response to the business across the UK

  • Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm
  • Initially contract with potential for permanent

Duties Include:

  • Respond to incidents and service requests related to IT Services
  • Log all incoming incidents and service requests
  • Ensure that incoming incidents and service requests are correctly categorised
  • Provide a 1st line support service whilst making decisions on the best time to resolve the incident
  • Aim to resolve 60% or more of inbound issues at 1st contact.
  • Escalating incidents within our Operational Level Agreements to ensure that Service Level Targets are met.
  • Reporting incidents to 3rd party suppliers as required and monitoring their response
  • Monitoring of systems and backup processes
  • User provisioning for Active Directory, Google, Enterprise One IT systems and others as required.

Experience Needed:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of 1st line IT service delivery
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Good attention to detail and able to work under presure
  • Solid technical support background with knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Google, Active Directory
