We are now seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients friendly & highly motivated customer service team.

You must have a professional manner , excellent communication and listening skills, have a passion for delivering the very best customer service and going above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is of excellent quality.

This person plays an integral role to the success of the business with responsibility for ensuring the maximum potential is realised from our consumer and trade bases. The candidate must be extremely hard working and driven. A passion for building relationships with consumer/trade, problem solving and delivering high levels of customer service is essential.

This person will be part of a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

You are the first point of contact for the clients customers and stores so a professional representation is essential at all times.

Respond to customer queries by Telephone , Web chat and emails in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Communicate effectively with customers answering their questions , solving any problems they may have , always remaining calm and patient.

Maintaining and updating the CRM database.
