£20,500

Start Date: 10th October

Hours: 5 days Sunday to Saturday between 06:50 - 19:30 (days off will vary week to week)

Training: 4 weeks of training based in Salford Quays (once the full training is successfully completed there is an option to work hybrid -1 or 2 days remote (home office) + 3 or 4 days in the office in the City Centre

  • Part time shifts available- 25h/week - 8am - 1pm, 5 days out of 7 (7 weeks rotation)

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a great company as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, taking inbound calls in response to bookings and queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer service calls in line with company processes and procedures
  • Providing customers with advice on how to operate and test their security systems
  • Booking engineer visits, liaising with engineers and customers regarding bookings
  • Accurately imputing information onto computer systems
  • Attending all necessary company training
