Our Client, an established business based at Monks Cross, York are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their established team.
Paying £11.80 per hour working Monday to Friday Office Hours 9-5pm 37.5 hours a week. Equivalent to £23,000 a year.
This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate. All training will be provided.
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience via telephone, email and via live chat.
- Providing assistance to customers on various issues and sorting out house repairs.
- Handling customer complaints proactively and referring to management if needed.
- Listening to feedback from customers and finding resolutions to any issues that might arise.
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to assist customers.
- Actioning any back-office administration following calls.
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused role
- Excellent rapport building experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and clear telephone manner
- Confident self-starter able to work in a fast-moving environment
