FirmenprofilOur client is a global growing automotive supplier. You will drive of the European commercial strategy and ensures execution across regions, channels, products, and services. We are looking for a Director Commercial who can build a state-of-the-art sales channels, KAM and commercial excellence across multiple European countries.Aufgabengebiet
  • Defining Europe-wide go-to-market strategy with overall channel design responsibility and aligning go to-market approaches relevant to channel maturity and market responsiveness
  • Supervising development of channel-specific strategies and KPIs
  • Achieving profit and loss (P&L) objectives for Europewide B2B and B2C channels, working in collaboration with the European Executive team
  • Coordinating cross-border channel and sales excellence initiatives
  • Coordinating European marketing, pricing, delivery and digital solutions to engage and retain customers and bring these together in an aligned approach per market
  • Sharpening and executing channel strategy for collision, coatings and leisure
  • Creating and maintaining a constant approach to the customer journey for all regions.
  • Achieving P&L objectives for Europe-wide B2B and B2C channels, working in collaboration with European Executive team
  • Defining Europe-wide objectives for each channel and overseeing the realization of these objectives
  • Coordinating cross-border channel conflicts
  • Expanding key account activities at European level, taking over accounts and being responsible from the bids
  • Steering development of European workshop concept network
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of cross-border sales excellence and channel initiatives
  • Defining agendas for and prioritization of Europe-wide sales excellence and channel initiatives
  • Ensuring communication to internal and external interfaces
  • Developing relationships with Channel Partners in regional and with peer functions
  • Recruiting and retaining high quality employees
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 direct reports
  • Degree in business administration, with a clear focus on commercial
  • 15+ years of relevant professional global commercial experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Significant experience in channel management, preferably across multiple channels
  • Strong experience in B2B & B2C automotive industry, hands-on experience in customer excellence
  • Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket, as well as regions, trends, drivers and opportunities
  • Demonstrable senior management experience in channel management
  • Ability to influence matrix reports and other country Stakeholders
  • On hand key account management experience
  • Team leadership experience and experience in matrix organization is an asset
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with C-Level interaction
  • Ability to manage complexity in an international and dynamic build up environment
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong business acumen with strong presentations skills
  • Fluent in English, German would be a strong asset
