To provide bid management support to the bid team in compiling PQQs, RFIs and RFPs for various global bids, including discussion documents, proposals and presentations. The bidding manager will support the business by planning and managing the bid process and delivering tender responses in line with the company s brand, position and processes. The bidding manager translates win strategies and business objectives into smart, compelling, consistent, customer-focused, error-free documents and presentations, project managing activity through the bid plan and escalating risk to bid leader/board where required. This position is either office or home based, and may require customer site visits, with occasional visits to the head office in Moorgate, London. As our client operates globally, there may be the requirement to attend meetings and client presentations across different time zones. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and producing tender submissions for PQQs, RFIs and RFPs. Managing the proposal development, working closely with the solutions manager who 'owns' the opportunity. Ensuring all proposals produced are correctly initiated with the production of a bid plan in partnership with the opportunity solutions lead. Monitoring and reporting on bid production performance against bid plan milestones. Analysing tender documentation to uncover key client drivers and objectives. Managing inputs and outsourcing to support bid production, including desk top publishing and printing. Coaching and chasing content contributors as required. Writing the bid, creating the bid, and submitting the bid. Answering plan/storyboard with the team to understand the question/scoring mechanisms and set a clear path for the bid team to deliver in line with the strategy. Developing and maintaining bid document directory (including case studies, CVs) in conjunction with the company s brand asset library. About you You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships Experience of CRM using databases. You have Adobe creative suite (In Design) experience. Previous FM experience
