This new role will be central in supporting the upscaling of the global transformation program within Finance and will have a direct impact on our bottom line.
As the subject matter expert, you will find best practice deliverables, enabling solutions for automation and collections process improvements. You will define and implement increasing efficiency of the end-to-end O2C process through internal efficiencies and external support. Your work will entail identifying and engaging with external providers that give us the best cloud-based solutions and supporting and working with other departments to establish a fully functioning customer pathway
We are currently implementing a new SAP ERP system. The role will therefore require significant involvement in this interrelated area and others will look to you for guidance and advice.
We work in a hybrid manner, with attendance at our office in Cambridge as required by mutual agreement.
With a finance background and solid project management skills, you will be confident working at a senior level with others to solve problems, implement solutions and drive results.
You will have a strategic mindset and will need deep knowledge of cloud-based technology, CRM, ERP systems and integrations within finance. Strong on stakeholder engagement, you can work across multiple functions and build internal/ external relationships across all levels.
