A secondary school in Woking are seeking graduates for a Learning Support role. This fantastic school may provide Initial Teacher Training after a year. This entry-level role is a perfect opportunity for graduates to gain experience within a classroom. No previous experience is required as training will be provided. The team within this school are comprised of many enthusiastic, innovative and very knowledgeable teachers who will be able to provide guidance and support to this role.
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £350-400 a week
As a LSA, you will be involved in working with a wide range of teachers and students at all ability levels. You will have responsibility of addressing the needs of disadvantaged students who require intervention and assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential. You may support classroom teachers or you may lead and deliver targeted small group sessions.
