A fast-scaling, and investment-backed, Tech company is now recruiting a Head of People/HR to join their team. Based in Birmingham City Centre, this role will be setting up the people function internally. So this then requires an onsite presence so you can live, breathe and embody the culture & standards they're trying to achieve. This business has received huge acclaim off the back of its latest successful funding round and is set for major expansion over the coming years. Responsibilities Build and implement policies and procedures, benefits programs, and perks, based upon in-country common practice. Build and implement recruitment strategy and process. Execute individual and board-level strategy initiatives. Drive organic growth and support fund-raising activities where required. Drive and communicate on strategic alignment across the leadership team. Implement people and organisational strategy initiatives: Performance, Engagement, Workforce Planning. Develop and implement culture and change management programs. Provide strategic advice and guidance to the existing HR team/Board. Act as a senior point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases and projects. Managing the HR team in the UK. Skills and knowledge CIPD - Level 5 Diploma or equivalent Significant experience in working within an HR Management role Willingness to travel from time to time Experience in building, shaping, and maintaining positive partnerships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great organisational skills and a capacity for working independently Please apply if you would like to be considered for this role
