HR AdministratorAnnual salary of up to £24k, dependent on experienceFull-time position, based in Central EdinburghTemporary contract until Christmas initially, potential for permanent extensionASAP startSearch Consultancy are currently working with an Educational Institute in Central Edinburgh to recruit a HR Administrator on a full-time basis. Initially this will be a temporary contract - with the potential for it to become permanent in the new year - and it will be well-suited to an experienced administrator with an interest in HR.Duties involved in this role will include: Administering new-starter documentation and issuing offer letters Processing PVG and reference checks Data entry on internal systems Varied administration tasks and document management as required

Requirements: Prior experience working as an administrator - experience within HR would be greatly beneficial but is not essential Exceptional organisational and communication skills Strong customer service skills and a good telephone manner Strong computer skills - competent with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
