Our client who is based within a highly regarded public sector organization, has a 1 year fixed term contract for an HR Consultant. This role attracts an annual salary of £29,668 and the working week is 37 hours, the hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 16.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 3.55pm. This role is hybrid working from home and office. The office is based in the Paisley, Renfrewshire area, however there may be a requirement to go to other sites should they require meetings etc. Key Tasks: Absence management Creating a new template for collating absence stats, updating the stats monthly and making recommendations for improvement, this includes covid reporting Working with the managers to align the way absence is capture in the business this will understanding the way the current process works in two different parts of the business and suggesting one approach. Training managers on this approach and creating process map and training documentation. Supporting the managers with the long-term absence cases and working with our OH provider on cases Supporting the managers with case management in general, disciplinaries, grievance and complex absence cases Skillset: Extensive analytics and data, someone who is good at create spreadsheets and working with a lot of data. Must have absence management experience, looking for someone to take the lead on absence management Public sector experience Strong employment law experience Please contact Liz Campbell (phone number removed) for further information
