Remote, home-based role. Are you working with Property Management Software? As an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant, or perhaps as a Business Analyst, or you've been implementing property management software internally within a property or real estate investment or management company? This is a fully remote position anywhere in the UK paying up to £70k negotiable, working for a mid-size, boutique property management software company. There will be some travel involved to client site from time to time, but only for the very large projects.
This progressive and professional software consultancy need a savvy Consultant with strong property management software implementation expertise.
Ideally you will have worked with MRI PMX, Platform X, Qube or Horizon, and will be able to hit the ground running but our client is happy to look at other PropTech areas such as real estate management, facilities management, property procurement, asset management, or property maintenance and rental software, and would be particularly interested in other candidates with Yardi Voyager or Rent Café, RealPage / Pex, or Arthur Online, or something similar.

A typical implementation project for you will cover some project management, the client requirements, workshops, business analysis and business process reviews, specification, set-up and configuration, client training, go-live and some post go-live support.
Your background will include at least 3 years' working with property management / property investment software including experience of doing the analysis, looking at business processes and implementing the software. Ideally, you'll have some knowledge of the accounting and financial aspects. Excellent communication and client facing skills are vital, and you are ambitious, energetic, and proactive, you take time to listen to clients' requirements and are a stickler for providing the best software fit and the highest quality of client service.
