This New RN Director Inpatient Behavioral Health will take part in a groundbreaking, historical Behavioral Health Service Line expansion with the sole purpose of prioritizing the mental and emotional health of the population within the community. This expansion will include the addition of almost 30 inpatient psychiatric beds to complete the Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization Unit, which the Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Director will oversee! This expansion will provide an emphasis on diversification of care to accommodate the various levels and types of clinical intervention required for the Behavioral Health of this population.
The new Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Director will report directly to the CNO and Executive Leadership Team who are known for their collaborative, hands-on leadership approach, and are eager to meet the next team member who matches their level of passion for excellent Behavioral Healthcare. The RN Director Inpatient Behavioral Health will be responsible for the operations of all behavioral healthcare provided in the Emergency/Crisis Center, Inpatient Units, Ambulatory Clinics, Intensive Outpatient Clinics, and Partial hospitalization venues across this institution. This Behavioral Health Nurse Leader participates as a member of the Nursing Leadership and Nursing Operations team to support the framework for planning, directing, coordinating, improving, and implementing nursing services that are responsive to the community and pediatric patients' and family needs. This RN Director will use their many years of Inpatient Behavioral Health Nursing experience to serve as a to mentor and to collaborate with this award-winning healthcare staff. This Nurse Leader of Inpatient Behavioral Health will have the skills and knowledge to lead a passionate team of elite Behavioral Health professionals to deliver the high standard of care expected by this Academic Medical Institution.
