Job Description

Temporary Contract: 24 months

Intel Module Repair (IMR) provides world class repairs and innovative engineering solutions to provide Intel a competitive advantage through quality, velocity, and cost. The IMR Data Analyst will support this mission by providing expertise in data analytics and data visualization to the team to enhance IMR's business processes and performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Executing data queries across multiple data sources in support of business intelligence reporting needs.
  • Visualizing and formatting data query results to develop and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Developing and implementing predictive statistical models using techniques such as logistic regression, survival analysis, decision trees and other machine Iearning techniques.
  • Adopting and utilizing best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Utilizing advanced programming knowledge for data mining and complex algorithm implementations.
  • Understanding the overall IMR business model and collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to recommend and develop data solutions that enhance decision making and add value to the organization.
  • Identifying key performance indicators to drive key business decisions.
  • Analyzing complex data and communicating the resulting insights with clarity.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics or other quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Physical Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience with analytical tools supporting advanced data analysis and visualization (Power BI, Microsoft BI, Excel etc.).
  • 2+ years of work experience retrieving and manipulating data from databases via SQL (or similar) programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with SQL Pathfinder.
  • Semiconductor industry and/or supply chain knowledge and experience.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
