About the position:

We're looking for an experienced sales person with a finance background to join our client business, someone who will play a key role in contributing to our European sales teams, in particular our existing strong client growth in European markets. Our key German office is in Berlin, but we will consider candidates from other European cities (we also have EMEA offices in London and Herzliya/Tel Aviv).

How you will contribute:

Sales - acquire and nurture new and old client relationships to deliver incremental new revenue through a strong commercial pipeline

Relationship Management - act as the key point of contact to our existing top tier DACH and European clients, alongside our customer success team

Strategy - play a key part in developing our client business plan in Europe and Globally

Manage both consultative bespoke sales as well as product sales (core and edge)

Building a deep, trust-based, and long-lasting relationship with our clients based on an understanding of their business needs

Cross-sell and up-sell to expand our share of the client wallet

Utilize and contribute to our marketing outreach (events, digital, PR, materials) to optimize market presence and lead generation

Work closely with product management and technology


What we are looking for:

Do have have passion for what you do? We want people who really care about our clients and can represent and advocate for them to drive exceptional outcomes

Financial markets experience, ideally asset management, fixed income markets, data/analytics, portfolio construction, credit/corporate analysis, rating agency, and/or investment SaaS. Experience in one of these disciplines is essential.

Strong interest in joining a fast-growing FinTech especially candidates from "Old-Finance" who understand the intersection of financial markets and technology

Track record of persistent and consistent client sales success (min. 2yrs)

Strong commercial skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and reasoned thinker

Organized and analytical approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Strong team skills with the ability to contribute across a workgroup through a collaborative approach

Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

High profile, well-regarded individual, ideally with an existing client franchise

Natural networker complemented by strong digital media skills

Fluent English is a must + basic German is desirable + other European language skills are a welcome bonus

Willingness to travel (restrictions permitting)

Strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral
