Marketing Communications Specialist, Manchester, Up to £50,000 DOE Can you help this global insurance company tell their story and position themselves as experts in their field? You ll also be responsible for delivering the internal comms strategy too, ensuring employees are kept up to speed with developments and changes across the business. You ll be creating the content and work closely with the digital marketing specialist on its execution. From Blogs, to reports and Thought leadership pieces, you ll be the person who puts pen to paper and produces thought-provoking content. You will be able to take complex and technical information and make it sound interesting. PR is a big area for growth, so looking at media relations and building relationships with journalists and trade press will be a key part of the role. Supporting with corporate communications and crisis comms too. You ll be responsible for working on and delivering the internal communications strategy; delivering key business updates, charity initiatives and creating awareness of the goings-on in the wider global business. Keeping the intranet fresh and up to date will be part of the role too. What you ll need In addition to heaps of creativity and a strong copywriting and content marketing background, you ll be highly organised and able to project manage. You ll be data driven and able to use insights to create and modify campaigns so that they continue to add value to the business. You ll have experience in managing external agencies and be results focused, ensuring key projects are delivered on time.
