This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Training Manager to bring creativity and proactivity to providing development and field coaching for new and existing Business Development Managers and Account Managers. The objective is to develop the capability to utilise and apply best practice sales and account management approaches when engaging with prospective and existing customers. You will also be responsible for personal development training at all levels (including leadership) to raise the performance capability across the business.
This is a remote role, so candidates can be based anywhere in the UK with travel nationally as required.
Suitable candidates will have 5 years + successful Sales experience at a Corporate level and excellent knowledge of consultative sales skills, methodology and approaches. You will have a proven track record of creating and delivering creative, interactive and compelling learning content and knowledge of learning technologies and experience of developing a blended approach to learning.
