JustPhysio are looking for an MSK Physiotherapist to work for our client in London.Band 5/6 Physiotherapist MSK Salary £36k-£50k DOE Start ASAPOur client is a private musculoskeletal physiotherapy and healthcare company for the professional and sporting elite. They pride themselves on their engaging patient care, attention to detail and focus on building a happy, driven and proactive team.Based in the heart of London , our client is a busy, fun environment to work in, leading London's healthcare with state of the art kit such as Eleiko and Peloton.Job details: - Full-time permanent - 40 hours per week - £36-50k expected annual income with an opportunity for bonuses - 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays - 3 days CPD leave - Access to private Physiotherapy - Pension Scheme- One Body LDN ultimate learning and development programme- No lone working - Dog friendly clinic - Weekly teaching This position would suit a physiotherapist working in a Band 6 role with either 1 year of private practice, personal training or massage experience. There is a huge potential to grow with the brand and build the ultimate role for you. The position is 40 hours per week over 5 days; however,they would consider this over 4 or 7 days if required. Reporting directly to the company directors, your primary responsibility is to provide patients with the highest standard of customer service, patient care and attention to detail. The ideal therapist has excellent clinical reasoning and the ability to think on their feet. They are proactive and comfortable with independent working. They must have high standards of note keeping and utilise regular outcome measures throughout their patient management. A thorough understanding of their patient's goals is essential with clear communication to fully manage their case; you are in charge, you are their go-to. Our client takes CPD seriously Three days paid leave for courses, conferences and other learning activities.They have a high valued experience and evidence-based learning programme. You will learn to be the ultimate clinician. You will have a thorough onboarding process and be guided through the best treatment options for your patients. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, ther clinic hours are 08:00-20:00, and your shift makes up part of this time.
