The Project Manager will have the responsibility for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with Company and Health & Safety requirements. The construction project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management namely - Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration and Safety Management in accordance with Company Policy Job & Master Programming and reporting to directors Utilising ADDSC Pricing spreadsheet and Cash Flow forecast Producing and reviewing the Project Programmes in Microsoft Project Preparing contracts with Subcontractors (Subcontractors subcontracts) Manage full hand over of completed projects Manage rectification period/snagging and organise personnel to complete works Negotiate min 3 quotes for materials and works Manage own workload & report back to Directors Prepare contractors reports Liaison with Site Managers Working closely with Project Estimator to ensure that items are ordered, they have a day to day to do list, check Project Estimator has valuations/EOT s//Variations/Retention all in hand Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
