We are looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join the team at Fit Out UK. Key Responsibilities As the first point of contact to our office duties will include meeting and greeting clients and directing them appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls on a busy switchboard which may involve answering or referring enquiries and taking messages. You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms, arranging any catering requirements, ordering stationary as well as keeping the reception area tidy. The role holder will be responsible for arranging couriers and sorting and distributing post as well as supporting with general administration duties when required. Key Skills and Requirements You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, confident when liaising with colleagues as well as being self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to work accurately on an independent basis. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to develop ongoing relationships. Candidates should be able to work the hours 7.30am- 5.30pm
