The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Bolton.This role is a full time temporary to permanent opportunity. This is a busy role and requires someone who is able to prioritise workload and complete tasks efficiently.The duties involved are below
- Screening potential candidates
- Sourcing for available roles
- Processing payroll
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Complete paperwork relevant to candidates required documentation
- Ensuring all candidates and clients are compliant for the branch.
- Answering calls and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
- Typing up job adverts and posting on relevant channels to drive candidate attraction.
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Managing holiday and P45 requests.
- Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Customer service skills.
- Willing to learn and develop in the role.
