Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor,Nursing Unit, and according to hospital policies and procedures, the RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for her/his assignedpatients.

You will perform complete andaccurate nursing assessment on assigned patients.

You will plan comprehensivenursing care for assigned patients according to written hospital standards andphysician orders.

You will provide and legiblydocument skilled care to assigned patients in compliance with written hospitalpolicies and procedures and according to physicians orders.

You will evaluate patientcare outcomes in an appropriate and timely manner.

You will maintain currentprofessional nursing knowledge.

Qualifications
Experience: - 1 year experience: Preferred
Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Required
License / Certifications: - Current Texas RegisteredNursing license or identified compact state license. ( Ifcompact license, Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire orestablishment of Texas residency, whichever occurs first ): Required
- BLS upon hire: Required
- Certification in area of specialty: Preferred
