We are working with a well-established manufacturing organisation to assist with their requirement for a Sales Administrator. This is a very busy and fast paced role which requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Tasks:

  • Processing and processing customer orders
  • Pricing orders and raising invoices
  • Handling customer queries including any complaints and progressing of orders
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Communicating the daily delivery schedule to customers
  • Organising and booking 3rd party transport
