Managing analytical teams within matrix organisations for delivering large and complex projects Working closely with all parts of the business ensuring the department objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively in alignment to our strategic objectives Providing customer centric and technical advice, expertise, and information to the business, carries out technical projects/assignments and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to support our competitive position and shareholder value Motivating and mentoring a team of approximately 10 colleagues to grow their skills and careers and create a high-performance culture Holding an up-to-date vision on current and future customer behaviour, needs and trend to anticipate and shape new innovative propositions or new customer segmentations What you'll bring. Advanced knowledge and experience of data analytics (techniques and methodologies) and how to apply strategically and tactically Deep technical Knowledge of various programming and tools e.g., PEGA, SAS, Micro Strategy and / or programming languages e.g., SQL, Spark, Python, Base SAS etc It would also be nice for you to have. Experience managing teams within matrix organisations (for delivering large and complex projects) Leading transformation programmes Experience in producing and presenting recommendations and discussing alternatives with senior stakeholders Excellent organisational commercial knowledge of Products, Channels and Segments, and exposure to 'Agile' Marketing techniques What else you need to know.
