My client, based in Birkenhead, Wirral is looking to recruit a Service Administrator who would support the Service Department. They're looking for you to have high level of attention to detail and accuracy, to work well in a team but also be able to work autonomously. You will be taken on, on a full time permanent basis. The role is a Monday - Friday based role, 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am- 4pm on a Friday. The salary is starting from £21,000 plus all dependant on experience. You will have access to a free parking space, private healthcare, Medicash scheme, opt in pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Key Responsibilities and Duties- Compiling the weekly tracker report Preparation of engineers/apprentice timesheets for payroll department (allocating hours from emails onto timesheets) Allocating engineers working hours on job sheets for sales invoicing Emailing engineers for missing job sheets and updating the relevant spreadsheets Creation of weekly missing job sheet report for distribution Chasing up engineers for weekend work via email/phone Raising of sales invoices Raising of sales credit when required Processing purchase invoices Supporting reception for the overflow of calls Spreadsheet for blanket PO breakdown costing (specific clients) Supporting Service Director and Service Manager in general service office duties.If you feel that you have the correct experience and would be interested in hearing more about the role, please apply immediately.
