Office Angels are currently seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join a Charity Organisation based in Marylebone.

This is to cover for a period of 2 months whilst the client recruits for the role permanently.

This role could go temp - perm.

You must be available to start asap and have working knowledge of the HR system - Cascade HR

Duties:

To ensure a high quality, proactive and responsive administrative HR service for all activities associated with the employee lifecycle including future, current and former employees. The role will involve updating the internal HR system - Cascade HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out administration for, but not limited to, the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, DBS and reference checks, probation, progression, resignation, contracts, variations etc) generating standard letters and documentation as required.
  • Ensure that accurate records are maintained and produce reports as required from the HR Database
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information relating to personal data, employee relations, and organisational changes in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Undertake duties to ensure personnel files for all staff, on SharePoint and Cascade (our HR Information System), are accurately created, maintained and stored.
  • Working with line manager to create appropriate workflows on Cascade to aid smooth running of HR processes.
  • To adhere to all clients policies particularly those relating to Diversity and Equality, Code of Conduct, Confidentiality and Health and Safety Policy in all aspects of the work.
  • To work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be required which are commensurate with the role.

Experience:

  • Experience in an HR Assistant/Administrator role
  • Experience of providing administrative support with a strong customer focus.
  • Experience of servicing confidential meetings and formal minute taking.
  • Maintaining HR database - Cascade HR
  • Compiling statistical information
  • Knowledge and ability to use Cascade HR.
